      抗疫戰|時裝界也出手,那各大美妝品牌到底做了什麼?

      AmorePacific
      AmorePacific為南韓美妝品牌龍頭大哥,早見武漢肺炎肆虐,於二月的時候已經全面要求員工Work from home直到另行通知。而且公司更捐出大約四百萬港元作為社區援助及救濟金,用以全力支持受疫情影響最為嚴重的地區 – 大邱,當中包括對前線醫護人員的物資支援,例如:購買醫療設備、防疫用具等;除此之外旗下的髮品品牌 – RYO更是首位無條件為前線醫護人員捐出個人護理及清潔用品。

      你或者對這個名字感到陌生,但旗下品牌包括美甲產品牌子O.P.I、Kylie Skincarecare、髮品牌子GHD等,集團除了全面將營運推至線上,與Amazon緊密合作,安排前線員工有限度工作,甚至積極參與抗疫行動,於上星期更領先安排旗下生產線密密製作保濕消毒液,免費派發美國當地市民,及無條件為前線醫護人員供應。

      Estee Lauder Companies
      武漢肺炎直接影響零售生意,令大企業股價大跌,但危難當前員工願意與公司一同共渡難關,公司方面也應該著手保障員工,作為良心企業更應關心社會。Estee Lauder於三月初捐出約二千萬港元至無國界醫生基金會,對物資短缺及極受影響的人士或國家伸出援手。

      L’Oréal
      法國美妝企業早於疫症初期已經向全球員工發內部信息,暫緩所有出國公幹行程;而且會全面安排旗下生產線為醫護人員製作消毒用品;品牌La Roche-Posay及Garnier更於本星期推出一系列救援措施,與合作藥局派發免費消毒用品及家居消潔用品;企業亦捐出約1千萬港元予非牟利機構,用以應付緊急救援。

      Sunday Riley
      小眾品牌沒有大企業在背後支持,面對今次武肺一定是困難重重,但創辦人 Riley更無懼損失,員工為老闆最重要的資本,決定繼續向時薪工作的員工支付薪金。

      Jeffree Star Cosmetics
      常說道有錢的人不一定有良心,相信在香港,這句說話一定於你我腦海中揮之不去,說穿了盡是淚;Jeffree Star由Youtuber 到成位自己品牌,甚至登上富豪榜名列前茅,他大可以不管生產員工生死,反正只是在工場上工作,但Jeffree早早已經宣報暫停生產工作,而且繼續支付員工薪金,揚言:「”Other jobs that are being shiesty, you’re going to be f—– when this virus is over in a few weeks and you have no loyal employees – I think it’s f—– up.」對員工好,他日要報恩之時,相信一定會他們一定會盡心盡力。
